EEO discrimination, bullying and harrassment policy
A policy provides guidance to employees, clearly outlining how to behave and what is expected. They should be regularly communicated and readily available to your employees. An Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) discrimination, bullying and harrassment policy shows your support for equal employment in your practice, as well as, ensures all employers and employees are aware of their responsibilities in order to eliminate unlawful discrimination, bullying and harassment in your practice. This policy is required in order to be compliant with current workplace legislation.
