Attracting new patients is key, and our in-house graphic design team delivers efficient, cost-effective designs that resonate with your audience.

Local Area Marketing (LAM) boosts visibility within your community, offering customised campaigns and collaterial tailored to your practice and patient demographics. We help plan, develop, and execute strategies, even beyond ProVision’s campaign timeframes (such as Back to School, End of Year Health Fund, New Year Health Fund etc). With ProVision, you get expert guidance and print-ready designs that reflect your brand.

Other Inclusions

The following services are generally supplied when executing a larger campaign to ensure that no steps are missed. However, the marketing team is always available to provide additional support in these areas as needed:

    • Generating quotes and managing invoices
    • Arranging printing services and delivery
    • Coordinating with signwriters and suppliers
    • Providing assistance with copywriting
    • Providing marketing advice 
    • Implementing timelines when required

 

The Process

Stage 1: Initial Request
A thorough and articulate design brief is a crucial part of your design process. Once you have created a brief, submit your request to marketing@provision.com.au and/or your Business Coach.

Stage 2: Meeting
If required, our Local Area Marketing Coordinator will reach out to you and/or your Business Coach to understand the background and objectives of the design project.

Stage 3: Brief and Design Quote
Based on the discussion in stage 1 and 2, our team will then prepare a brief with using the information gathered from you and/or your business coach and we will decide on stages of delivery where appropriate. In the brief, there will be a quote for ProVision’s internal design to complete the job.

Stage 4: Suppliers / Production Quote
Once the brief has been approved, our team will source suppliers for printing, etc, aiming to use local suppliers where possible. Quotes will then be provided to you for assessment.

Stage 5: 1st Draft / Design Concept
Approximately 2 weeks for Standard Job and 4 weeks for Complex Job.

Stage 6: Feedback
We will send you across the 1st draft for your feedback.

Stage 7: Design Revisions
Based on your feedback, we will make the requested changes to your design.

Stage 8: Design Approval
Once you are happy with the final result, you will approve all design art to move forward with production.

Stage 9: Final Art
ProVision will produce Finished Art and provide to both yourself and suppliers for production.

Stage 10: Production
ProVision team will organise production of collateral or installation of signage, etc.

Stage 11: Payment
After design, production and, if required, installation is completed you will find a charge for your design job in your ProVision monthly statement. Complex jobs differ slightly and will be recharged in installments.

Graphic Design Charges

ProVision charges an hourly rate for graphic design and an estimated time can be provided once we understand your requirements. This rate is extremely competitive for the quality of graphic design work we produce. If you would like an update on charges at any time, please don’t hesitate to ask. A final charge will be advised and charged to your ProVision Member account. For larger jobs, we may coordinate a part-payment and final payment with you.

Comprehensive Members $85 per hour (excluding GST)
Essential Members $95 per hour (excluding GST)
