Eyecare Recruitment supports practices in placing Optometrists, Staff and Locums. We find the right people by providing cost effective recruitment services. With over 20 years of experience in optical recruitment, we are now the largest and most well-known and trusted eyecare-specific service in Australia.

What’s the deal for ProVision Members?

Locum Optometrists
$69.00 per hour discounted from $75 per hour. All candidates are background checked and referees can be provided. This would be a great option for members as we have over 1,000 optoms on their books and we know members have been looking for a locum service provider.

Recruitment for Retail Staff
The standard recruitment fee is 14% but for ProVision members the discounted rate is 7.5% Of the Gross Salary (including Superannuation) with a 2-month guarantee. Part time employment will be charged on a pro-rata basis.

Recruitment for Optometrist Staff
Discounted placement rate of $9,900 + GST (discounted from $12,000 + GST) with a 3-month guarantee.
