When you find out your child needs spectacles, it can be a stressful and somewhat worrisome thought. Even more so when there is difficulty in finding an elastic spectacle band that fits. This was the problem for one Victorian family when their daughter was diagnosed with long-sightedness.
After ordering several size bands in, they just couldn’t find one that worked. However, the Dispenser at this practice in Point Cook had next level niceness! She took a few home and made a custom strap for the child. The family were beyond grateful and excited that their daughter could now see clearly with no issues. They sent a bunch of flowers and chocolates along with a beautiful email to say thank you:
