“We use Supply & Fit when we want to keep the frame on the shelf. The 24-hour stock updates on frames are really helpful as we can see anytime if a frame is in stock with the supplier. Where the frame is in stock on ProSupply we place the order, otherwise we will send the frame off.”
How does it help you maintain stock levels?
“If stock is getting low, we order stock to fill the gaps rather than waiting for our reps to visit. We still love seeing reps and seeing the frames in the flesh, but the visits are no longer about restocking existing product.”
