A practice in northern Victoria went beyond the call of duty when a family had a hard time finding an appointment time to fit everyone in to see the optometrist. The only time the whole family could be together was a Saturday, and although the practice is normally closed over the weekend, this optometrist wanted to deliver a WOW experience and opened the practice especially for them.
Everyone was looked after and the family were extremely appreciative. They made sure to acknowledge the optometrist’s efforts and the children were ecstatic with their new specs.
