The single most difficult thing to copy is exceptional customer service.

We live in a world where we are spoilt for choice, value and convenience, and the same cannot be said for good old fashioned, personalised customer service. The best performing retailers and service organisations understand that true growth occurs because their customers love doing business with them and sing their praises to neighbours, friends and colleagues. This is the only kind of growth that can be sustained over the long term. A face to face visit with your patient is the ideal time to create a WOW experience which generates positive word of mouth, patient loyalty and repeat visits.

ProWOW Experience in QLD

As most people would understand, getting children to do what we want them to do can be a challenge; even if it is for their own benefit! So there is no surprise that children would be nervous and hesitant to start their vision therapy.

A practice in regional Queensland found a clever way to encourage their young vision therapy patients. They created a Vision Therapy Wall of Fame featuring photos of all the children who had completed their therapy. With balloon cut outs and lots of faces on the wall, it helped new patients see that many other kids had finished the therapy. It gave them a sense of excitement and something to work towards. What an easy and inexpensive way to encourage and excite their young patients!
