The single most difficult thing to copy is exceptional customer service.

We live in a world where we are spoilt for choice, value and convenience, and the same cannot be said for good old fashioned, personalised customer service. The best performing retailers and service organisations understand that true growth occurs because their customers love doing business with them and sing their praises to neighbours, friends and colleagues. This is the only kind of growth that can be sustained over the long term. A face to face visit with your patient is the ideal time to create a WOW experience which generates positive word of mouth, patient loyalty and repeat visits.

ProWOW Experience in Pennant Hills, NSW

Thompson Larter Smart Vision Optometry doesn’t just talk the talk when it comes to customer service. They walk the walk. Literally.

A client of the practice recently let the practice know just how WOWed they were with the customer care and service they received:

“I got lost trying to walk there finding the place and Brian went out of his way to come and get me from the station, walk me across the road to the correct place then made me coffee! Eye exam was the most thorough exam I ever had was able to pay off my glasses in 2 payments instead of 1 which was really helpful for me as I was paying off my dogs vet bills at the time. I have been to eye exams in the past elsewhere where they just turn me away straight away when they can’t fix my lazy eye and diplopia… The disappointment hearing that I will just have to learn to live with the way my eyes are hurts but at least I’m not blind could be worse. So I’m really lucky to have found a place where vision therapy is offered! Friendly generally caring staff. A lot of experience between them, good opening and closing hours even open Saturdays. Up to date with the newest technology. Will answer all your questions The place is all smiles!”

Sometimes we get so wrapped up in schedules and routines that we forget that sometimes it’s the little exceptions to the rules that can really WOW a client. We want to congratulate Brian and the practice for going above and beyond!
