Your data stays your own. ProIntel uses de-identified, aggregated data from your practice management system (PMS).
It securely connects Optomate Touch to ProVision’s AWS-hosted data warehouse in Sydney, transmitting de-identified data that is analysed and presented in customisable dashboards via Microsoft Power BI. AWS meets strict security standards and complies with the Australian Privacy Act.
No identifiable patient data is ever shared, all data remains on Australian servers, and you retain full ownership with the ability to remove it at any time.
ProIntel also enables data-driven marketing, helping you respond to changes in demand and emerging consumer trends.
