We are the largest network of independent optometrists in Australia with a community of 450+ practices sharing the same values of clinical excellence, continuity of care, personalised service and quality products.

ProVision roles range from: clinical experts – optometrists in one of our member practices across Australia, being part of a practice’s team as an optical dispenser, an optical assistant, in retail and administration or leading the practice as the practice manager.

We can also help you on your journey to finding a partner for your own business, as part of your succession plan. Independent optometry is flourishing as more optometrists recognise the intrinsic benefits that come from independent practice. ProVision actively engages with a healthy pool of candidates looking to acquire independent practices.

THE STEPS

Market vacancy: We write and market your job role for you, then publish it across all major job boards (including Seek), trade media such as mivision and Insight, and our database. We market your role multiple times for up to 3 months.

Screen and shortlist: Our service gives you complete transparency. We’ll provide you with an update every week, screen and review all your applications, and ask your top applicants questions to assess their suitability.

Back to you: you conduct internal interviews of your top three candidates – those with the strongest skills and culture-match for your practice, and fill your role vacancy with a great new team member.
