You’re in control

ProIntel uses fully-anonymised and aggregated practice data, sourced from your practice management system (PMS). 

Here’s how it works

ProIntel connects your PMS to ProVision’s data warehouse, hosted by AWS in Sydney, and organically transmits practice data. AWS applies some of the strictest security practices in the industry, and is fully compliant with the Australian Privacy Principles detailed within the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

All patient data is de-identified before leaving your PMS. Upon receipt, it is analysed by ProIntel and presented across a range of fully-customisable dashboards powered by Microsoft PowerBI.

We understand the importance of data integrity, which is why ProIntel contains no identifiable patient information, and practice data never leaves the security of Australian-based servers. Your data always belongs to you, and can be removed from ProIntel at any time.

ProIntel also opens the door to targeted marketing campaigns fully driven by data – such as changes in category demand or emerging consumer trends.
