ProVision uses a predictive hiring platform called Expr3ss! to find the best possible candidates for Members' vacancies. With Expr3ss!, candidates closely matching your criteria are progressed to a pre-screening telephone interview conducted by the ProVision team.
After pre-screening, candidates who most closely meet your needs will be sent to you with a recommendation to proceed to an in-practice interview. We'll include all relevant notes from the screening process and a copy of the applicants' resume.
