Making an offer of employment

The Australian Retailers Association (ARA) ERMS portal has an employment contract template that can be quickly and easily populated by you. Doing this will ensure you always have a legally compliant contract in place.

Ensure a Smooth Start for Your Team Member

ProVision has created a comprehensive toolkit for onboarding your new team member including links to ARA’s ERMS portal to create your employee contract. The Employment Relations team advises that every new employee should be given an employment contract, including casuals and temporary employees.
